Police arrested Lester Galves Reyes after a woman complained he had stuck a camera beneath a shower partition at the Ida Lee Recreation Center at about 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, Leesburg police said. Officers arrested Reyes at the center without incident.
Officials charged Reyes with attempted unlawful creation of an image of another and disorderly conduct, police said. He was released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center after posting a $3,000 unsecured bond, officials said.
